About
Marcy DeMillion is the founder of Connecting Visions and a distinguished natural resource and planning professional with more than three decades of federal service. Half of her federal career included working for the National Park Service as a community planner, complemented by leadership and natural resource management roles with the U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management.
Marcy focuses on building inclusive partnerships, advancing outdoor recreation strategies, and implementing sustainable conservation initiatives. She has successfully led numerous planning and natural resource restoration projects and is widely recognized for her ability to secure substantial grant funding to support interagency and community-based efforts. Her work reflects a deep and enduring commitment to stewardship, engagement, collaboration, shared success, and long-term sustainability.
